Bombshell Betty and her crew are producing a pack of cards with a San Francisco Burlesque performer on each one- a freaking fabulous idea. I rang my friend and collaborator Myleen Hollero and asked if she would take some photos of me for the deck- I am the seven of diamonds. Last week I bundled up all the tule, corsets, heels, and stockings I could find and ran down to Myleen’s studio in the dog patch area of SF. As her co-workers chatted pleasantly with perceptive wedding photography clients, Myleen and I were in the back laughing and shooting and drinking white wine. We had a ball and I the pictures could not have been better. I am so floored by Myleen’s talent and thankful to know her.
